Tak Udon in Sanbon: Udon, Jajang, and Summer Kongguksu
Tak Udon in Sanbon is a small matured-noodle spot near the Namcheon Hospital intersection. This local review covers its chewy udon, jajang, rich Seoritae kongguksu, parking, hours, and solo-friendly counter seating.
Hi, this is Ijjingne! Today I visited my favorite udon place in Sanbon. Tak Udon is a restaurant specializing in matured noodles. In winter, I go for udon or jajang noodles, and in summer, it has to be kongguksu. The kongguksu here is genuinely the real deal.

The location is at the Namcheon Hospital intersection, in the Solgeo Daelim Apartment shopping building. For parking, you can use the shopping building parking lot or the apartment complex parking area. Hours: 11:00–21:00 Last order: 20:30

I visited at around 1:30 p.m. on a weekday, and luckily there was exactly one seat left. The place is on the small side, so if you visit during the weekday lunch rush, waiting will probably be necessary. When I came in, only one table was already eating, and everyone else was waiting for their food. Still, I think the food came out within about 10 minutes.

Udon Seoritae kongguksu, cold black soybean noodle soup
I had already tried the udon and jajang before, and since it was summer and the weather was hot, I ordered the kongguksu for the first time.

The kitchen is partly visible, and I could see that they grind the beans directly before serving. The broth was thick and rich — seriously impressive.

The soybean broth clings beautifully to the noodles, and it tastes so good. It is incredibly nutty and savory. I prefer Seoritae kongguksu over regular kongguksu, and I loved that Tak Udon serves exactly that style. The one thing I missed was that there was no egg.

As for the udon, it is warm, chewy, and delicious. The broth is deep and flavorful, the kind of taste that keeps coming back to mind. In winter, this is the kind of place where I always end up having a bowl of udon. The jajang is also tasty, so give that a try too.

When I was leaving, I noticed there were counter seats too. It seems like it would be a good place for solo dining. I recommend Tak Udon Jajang in Sanbon. It is absolutely a kongguksu spot worth visiting. #SanbonRestaurants #SanbonLunch #SanbonUdon #SanbonKongguksu #SanbonJajang #SanbonNoodles #SanbonHandmadeNoodles #SanbonMaturedNoodles #GunpoKongguksu #GunpoUdon #GunpoJajang
