नमस्ते, मैं Ijjingne हूँ~.~ आज काम बहुत जमा हो गया था और मैंने सोचा था कि ऑफिस के बाद करूँगी, इसलिए पास का cafe ढूँढते-ढूँढते Sanbon के dessert spot Kevin को पाया और वहाँ गई

Cafe Kevin Sanbon intersection, 13वें कॉम्प्लेक्स की तरफ, Baskin Robbins building की दूसरी मंज़िल पर है! ठीक सामने public parking lot भी है, इसलिए हमने parking भी आराम से कीhehe Operating hours, Monday बंद, 10:30 ~ 21:30 Local currency accepted, kids welcome, dogs allowed Cookie return gifts या whole cake orders भी लेते हैं

मुझे लगा था यह छोटा और प्यारा cafe होगा, लेकिन यह उम्मीद से बड़ा था?? Tables के बीच दूरी भी ज़्यादा थी और पूरा space खुला-खुला था, इसलिए बातें करने, laptop work करने या cafe study के लिए बिल्कुल सही लगा!

Atmosphere अच्छी है नhehe बीच में हरे-भरे plants भी थे, और fresh woody feeling मुझे बहुत पसंद आई कहते हैं interior forest cabin concept से किया गया है🌿

Kevin Sanbon dessert cafe के रूप में मशहूर जगह है, और meringue cookies, s'more cookies, gateau, sable वगैरह desserts की बहुत सारी varieties थीं~! मुझे personally marshmallow पसंद नहीं है, इसलिए मैंने gateau और एक-एक करके खाने में आसान sable की 3 varieties चुनींhehe

ये सब cookies हैं..! Varieties बहुत ज़्यादा हैं न

S'more cookies पसंद करने वालों के लिए तो यह heaven जैसा होगा>< Marshmallow के बिना वाली cookies भी बहुत हैं, इसलिए मेरे जैसे लोगों के लिए भी चुनना अच्छा रहेगा

हमने ऐसे खूब मन लगाकर order किया~ Private cafe होते हुए भी coffee prices अच्छे थे:) 💚और मेरी पसंद की बात💚 Desserts को अच्छी तरह दिखने के लिए display किया था, लेकिन सब sealed थे, यह बात मुझे बहुत पसंद आई♡

हमारा order आ गया Concept सच में clear था: leaf coaster और stone platehehe Sable की texture कुरकुरी टूटने वाली थी और taste भी rich था Individually packed थे, इसलिए जो एक बचा उसे मैं साथ ले आई>< अगले schedule के बाद घर जाते समय निकालकर खायाhehe

Latte heavy, nutty और tasty था मुझे syrup के बिना cafe latte पसंद है, और यह bland नहीं था, nutty था, इसलिए मेरे taste के लिए perfect था>< और फिर main yellow cheese gateau.. सबसे पहले, yellow cheese lover के रूप में, यह बहुत. ज़्यादा. स्वादिष्ट. है. Dessert खाने जाऊँ और yellow cheese हो, तो मैं सिर्फ yellow cheese चुनती हूँ, मैं सच में real yellow cheese lover हूँ, और Kevin का yellow cheese gateau सच में कमाल है Yellow cheese gateau + yellow cheese ganache + yellow cheese cream + yellow cheese cookie crumb Yellow cheese के दीवानों को पागल कर देने वाला combination है, है न? Gateau की solo shot न होने की वजह: एक bite चखते ही, पूरा खाने तक मैं fork नीचे रख ही नहीं पाई.

यह ऐसा cafe था जहाँ महसूस होता है कि owner desserts को लेकर सच में serious हैं और सुबह के समय 10:30 ~12:30 आने वालों को salt bread भी service में मिलता है~!!
