Nabilio near Myeonghak Station: Wood-Fired Pizza and Dark Beer
A personal visit to Nabilio near Myeonghak Station in Anyang for handmade wood-fired Egg in Jambon pizza, Guinness, and Erdinger. The review notes its Manan-gu Public Health Center intersection location, hours, seating, reservation tip, and calm date-friendlym

Hi, this is Izzingne. Today I visited a newly opened handmade wood-fired pizza spot near Myeonghak Station. They have a menu item called Egg in Jambon, and it seemed to be the signature choice, so that was exactly what I went to try.

The location is near Myeonghak Station, at the Manan-gu Public Health Center intersection, so access was convenient. Hours are 11:30-23:00. Break time is 15:00-17:00. Last orders are at 14:30 and 22:30. There is no break time on Saturdays, and Sundays are a regular closing day.

Egg in Jambon really does seem to be the main item. There was a mirror on the way down to the restaurant, so of course I left with a mirror shot. From the entrance, the lighting felt warm and had a European mood.

The beer-and-pizza pairings were also written clearly. If it is your first visit and you are unsure what to order, following the recommended combinations would probably be a good idea.

Egg in Jambon. Guinness. Erdinger.
We started by ordering two glasses of Guinness. The beer was so good that after finishing a glass each, we ordered again. It paired perfectly with the Egg in Jambon.

The wet wipes were so cute. They had a funny little "back in my day" feeling, like something I could never have imagined wet wipes looking like before.

There were various table sizes, including 2-person, 4-person, and 6-person tables. When we visited, two tables were already set aside as reserved seats. If you are coming with a larger group or for an important occasion, it would be better to make a reservation.

The utensils and sauces were all set up for us at first, and if we needed more, we could get them from this area. I liked that it felt clean.

The draft beer came out first. The staff explained the beer in detail and even told us when it would taste best. Knowing that made it feel even more delicious. It also went really well with the pretzels.

Finally, the Egg in Jambon arrived. The ingredients are aged in-house and baked in a wood-fired oven, so this was a true wood-fired pizza. The dough and sauce are all handmade in an Italian traditional style, so it really felt like a pizza made with care.

Crack the egg in the center and eat it almost like a sauce with the pizza, and it is delicious. They also added balsamic sauce around the outside.

The combination of sauce, egg, jambon, and dough was so good. It also matched especially well with the dark beer.

As we ate the pizza with beer, it disappeared quickly. I liked the dark beer so much that I ordered another one, and my friend wanted to try Erdinger, so we ordered a glass of that too. The glass was very big and tall, which was fun to see.

While we were eating, drinking, and chatting, the owner brought us watermelon as a complimentary snack, saying watermelon is sweetest and best before the rainy season. So sweet. I liked the food, the service, and the kindness. The music was good, and the calm atmosphere made it feel like a great date spot.
