Signal Hunter Garosu-gil: Gentleman Bank Escape Review
A spoiler-free review of Signal Hunter Garosu-gil near Sinsa Station, including the Gentleman Bank theme, reservation, prices, lockers, activity level, devices, and escape result.
I brought an escape room review after a long time. I like going to Seoul for escape rooms, and this time I visited Garosu-gil near Sinsa Station. We played the Gentleman Bank theme and successfully escaped.

The location is near Sinsa Station exit 8. Once you turn into the alley, it is easy to see. Hours were 12:00 to 24:00, and you need to reserve through the homepage. The price was 22,000 won per person, and 17,000 won for youth.

The entrance was a vending-machine-style door. I did not know how to open it at first, but the owner came out and opened it for us.

Signal Hunter Garosu-gil had five themes in total, including a new problem-room theme called Wonsang Bokgui. The outdoor theme Heeojil Gyeolsim was under renewal, so we could not try it, but it seemed likely to reopen around May or June.

Gentleman Bank is a bank-robbery theme about a security guard who finds a safe-deposit key and plans to use knowledge of the bank security system before it reactivates after 1 hour. I booked it because I had never tried a bank-robbing escape room theme before.

Many celebrities had visited this place, which made me want to take a photo.

If your shoes are uncomfortable, you can change into slippers before entering. It is not required.

Signal Hunter Garosu-gil had also appeared on the TV show Welcome, First Time in Korea?, which made me more excited.

Before entering, we heard a brief theme explanation and stored belongings in lockers outside. We put away phones, watches, electronics, and outerwear, then started.
My personal ratings were difficulty 3 stars, activity 4 stars, locks 2 stars, and devices 3 stars. It was a 60 minute theme, and we escaped with 20 minutes left. It was not too hard, had some activity, used more devices than locks, and did not feel scary, so it would be fun as a couple theme.

After the game, they took a photo for us, and the owner complimented us for escaping fairly quickly.

There were many photos posted near the elevator, so look carefully for the button. I enjoyed Signal Hunter Garosu-gil and recommend trying it once.
