Cracking Coffee Starfield Suwon Pop-Up: Full Menu Review
A first-hand review of the Cracking Coffee pop-up at Starfield Suwon, covering the Cracking Toast, Dubai Choco Toast, drinks, seating, sellout timing, hours, and pop-up dates.
Hi! I visited Starfield Suwon and checked out Cracking Coffee, a place known here for French toast. They were running a pop-up at Starfield Suwon. The pop-up had opened in January, and I thought the waiting line would be long right after launch, so I visited later on a weekday. Even then, the line was still long, and if you miss the timing, the toast can sell out.

The location is in the center of the 7th floor of Starfield Suwon. If you start from the food court side and go around toward the opposite direction, it is in the central area and easy to spot from a distance. Pop-up schedule: 2026.01.08 to 2026.04.08 Hours: 10:00 to 22:00 At the time of the visit, the writer noted that almost two months remained in the pop-up period. Starfield Suwon also has free parking, so if you are visiting during the listed pop-up period, it is worth trying.

There were toast boxes stacked near the entrance. It also looked like the latte might be a signature here.

The menu items mentioned in the source were: Cracking Toast Dubai Choco Toast Cracking Latte Americano
Yes, I basically said, “I’ll take everything here.” I was curious about the original Cracking Toast, and I was also curious about the Dubai version, so I decided to try both. I wanted to try the latte too, and an Americano felt essential, so I ordered both drinks as well.

I watched the toast being grilled on one side. It did not look quite as moist as what I had seen on Instagram, but it was golden and still looked very tasty. The bread is sold only in a set quantity for each time slot, and if it sells out, you have to wait for the next round.

I visited at around 14:20. Everyone was lining up to order, so I did not even realize the toast could sell out after the time slot passed. By the time I finished eating and went to clean up, it was already sold out. On weekends, it sells out even faster, so the writer recommended arriving right on the hour at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, or 18:00. The source also notes that weekend quantities are slightly higher. The Dubai Choco Toast may sell out early.

There are seats inside the cafe area, but they were all full when I visited. Instead, I found one of the sofa seats placed around Starfield and sat there. It was still comfortable enough for eating, and the open view actually made it feel even nicer.

The Americano was not especially unusual, but it had a nutty flavor without acidity. The Cracking Latte was different from a regular latte. It did not taste like a syrupy latte, but maybe because of the milk, it had a distinct aroma. The sweetness was very, very light. It was not a strange scent; it felt more like it boosted the nutty flavor. I enjoyed it quite a lot.

The long-awaited Cracking Toast was next. It was good dipped in the syrup served with it, and it was also good dipped in Maldon salt. The best combination was adding a little syrup and then lightly dipping it in Maldon salt. The sweet-and-salty balance was excellent.

The Dubai Choco Toast was completely covered in chocolate. Kadaif and crushed pistachio were sprinkled on top of the toast, so it did have a crispy texture. Still, it did not quite live up to the other Dubai-chocolate dessert the writer was comparing it with. I tried it once out of curiosity, but I personally liked the basic Cracking Toast much more. The Dubai Choco Toast was too sweet for me. I prefer deep, slightly bitter chocolate, but this tasted fully sweet, like Nutella, so it was not my favorite.

One area of the pop-up shop was also selling cup merchandise. The small espresso cups were compact and cute.

At the time of the source review, the pop-up schedule still had time remaining, so the writer recommended visiting Starfield Suwon to try it if you were curious. If you are not a die-hard Dubai chocolate fan, the regular Cracking Toast is the safer recommendation. #CrackingToast #StarfieldSuwon #StarfieldSuwonPopup #GyeonggiPopup #DepartmentStorePopup #DubaiChocoToast #FrenchToast #FrenchToastCafe #StarfieldSuwonCafe #SuwonCafe #SuwonDubaiChocolate
