Compose Coffee Anyang: Sangha Farm Ice Cream & Cup Holder Tip
A personal visit to Compose Coffee Anyang Samdeok Park for Sangha Farm milk ice cream, ice cream latte, affogato, and a simple cup holder tip for cold dessert cups.
Hello from Ijjingne! My favorite ice cream is Sangha Farm milk ice cream. I had tried it occasionally before, but I was always disappointed that I could not easily find it near home. Then I finally found Sangha Farm ice cream at Compose Coffee.

This is the Compose Coffee Anyang Samdeok Park branch. The reviewer notes that only a few Compose Coffee branches in Anyang sell Sangha Farm ice cream, so finding it at the Samdeok Park branch near home was exciting enough to head there right away. According to the review, there did not seem to be another nearby Compose Coffee selling Sangha Farm ice cream in that area.

There were many other menu options, but this visit was all about trying the Sangha Farm ice cream.

The dessert selection looked more varied than at other Compose Coffee branches the reviewer had seen. With good value and plenty of choices, it seemed like a fun place to pick out a dessert.

So many drinks and desserts were available. For the reviewer, the fact that this branch served the ice cream at all was already something to be grateful for.

Ice cream latte Affogato
The reviewer ordered two menu items that included ice cream: one was an iced latte topped with ice cream, and the other was ice cream with espresso added.

The affogato came in a dessert cup, so there was no separate cup holder. The cup felt very cold to hold.

The ice cream latte was a bit sweeter than the affogato, and it became even sweeter as the ice cream melted. The reviewer felt it started to taste a little like a condensed milk latte. The straw was a thoughtful spoon-straw, and the wide opening made it easy to drink and eat.

The affogato combined the rich milk flavor of Sangha Farm ice cream with espresso, and the reviewer loved it. The ice cream latte was too sweet for their taste, while the affogato was exactly the style they liked.

One useful tip: if you place the cup holder upside down, you can hold the cold dessert cup more comfortably. The reviewer’s friend tried it, and it worked surprisingly well. If you order the ice cream, ask for a cup holder and try this little hack.
