Whitelier Sanbon Butter-Rich Bread and Egg Sandwich

Hi, this is Ijjingne. Today I found a fresh bread place in Sanbon and visited.

The location is around the Caffe Bene side of Sanbon Rodeo and close to Sanbon Station Exit 3. Hours listed in the source are 10:00-21:00.

Just walking past, the smell of baking bread almost pulls you inside. With the buttery aroma filling the area, it was hard not to go in.

They sell only fresh bread loaf, and you choose between Full and Half sizes. The prices are KRW 11,000 and KRW 6,000. Since it was my first time buying it, I bought the Half size. You can pack the loaf whole or choose the slicing thickness and take it sliced the way you want.

They also sell handmade jam. I remembered I had cream cheese at home, so I skipped the jam this time. I will buy it next visit.

They packed it in a cute shopping bag.

I packed it carefully and headed home. I must have been excited to eat it right away when I got home.

I wanted to make scrambled egg toast, so I put mozzarella cheese on the plain bread and ran it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes. When the cheese melted and crisped onto the bread, I took it out.

I thought it would pair surprisingly well with strawberry jam, so I added strawberry jam on top of the cheese bread. While toasting, I could not resist and took a bite of just the bread. The butter aroma filled my mouth, and I thought I might not be able to eat ordinary sandwich bread anymore.

After quickly making scrambled egg and putting it on top, it was done. This is a simple open sandwich I make often, and it tastes clean and good.

Because the bread itself is good, anything you put on it tastes good. I really like the combination of cheese, strawberry jam, and egg, so I keep making it. I recommend Whitelier fresh bread. Once you try it, ordinary bread from other places may not feel the same.
