West Anyang Samsung Service Center Z Flip Screen Repair Review
A personal visit review of Samsung Electronics Service Center West Anyang for a Galaxy Z Flip black screen issue, including wait time, parking, hours, and a free display and battery replacement after the purchase period was checked.
Hello, this is Ijjingne. Today I visited the Samsung Electronics Service Center West Anyang branch to get a Galaxy Z Flip screen issue repaired. I went around 3 p.m. on a Monday, and the wait took about 10 minutes. Since Monday is usually the busiest day, I was relieved that the wait was not long—maybe I picked a good time slot.
Hours: 9:00–19:00. Saturday: until 13:00. Closed on Sundays. I remember that in the past it was possible to make a reservation before visiting a Samsung Electronics Service Center, but when I looked this time, I could not find how to reserve. If you choose the timing well, the wait may not be long, so I think walking in is also okay.

The screen suddenly turned black, but when the Flip was closed, the clock screen was still visible. It was not that the phone had powered off—only the display had gone out—so it still connected to my watch and to my car. Just in case, I fully charged it before visiting.

There was a spacious parking lot inside, so I parked without worrying. Before going in, make sure to get a parking ticket from the parking booth on the right. After going upstairs, there was a kiosk, and a staff member was also there to guide visitors. It seemed set up so that older visitors could complete check-in without much difficulty too.

Only one person was waiting! They even guided me to the counter I had been assigned. The person before me looked almost finished, so I was helped quickly.

The waiting status was shown on a screen, so I could roughly estimate the timing. When my turn came, they explained that the inner display seemed to have failed and that the display itself needed to be replaced. Then they checked the period and said that because it had been less than one year since I purchased the phone, they would replace it free of charge. They also said they would replace the battery as well. I was told it would take 40 minutes, so I waited in the seating area while watching TV.

It came back like a new phone >< All my information was still there, and the display and battery had been replaced. Since the Flip is a product that gets folded and unfolded constantly, it seems like a lot of display repairs come in. If this happens before one year has passed since purchase, it is definitely worth visiting, since mine was handled as a free replacement.

For the parking ticket, get it stamped and then submit it. They stamped it according to the repair time, so I do not think you need to worry about the parking time. The engineer was kind, and the guide staff were kind as well. I was told it would take 40 minutes, but they finished very quickly in about 20 minutes.
