Terra Space Hongdae No Exit Escape Room Review
A spoiler-light review of the No Exit theme at Terra Space Hongdae, covering location, source-reported hours, theme mood, 19+ note, unlimited hints, locks, slippers, and final impressions.
Hi, this is Ijjingne. Today I went to an escape room in Hongdae. It had been a while, so I was excited, and I tried the No Exit theme at Terra Space Hongdae.

The location is close to the main Hongdae street, so even first-time visitors should be able to find it quickly. The source lists hours as 12:00 to 24:00, and weekends from 10:30 to 24:00. On weekends, it opens an hour and a half earlier, so morning visits are possible.

The interior is well done. There are two themes, No Exit and Black Doctor. Since I am easily scared, I skipped Black Doctor. No Exit has an eerie atmosphere, but it did not feel like horror, so I chose No Exit.

I sat here, filled out the consent form, listened to a short explanation about the locks and theme, and got ready to enter.

The story says that when a black doctor passes through a village, disease spreads, the village falls into ruin, and only the black doctor survives and moves on to the next village. What is the truth behind that story, and is it really true?

The No Exit story begins with a missing daughter. There are no clues, and it is not clear whether she was kidnapped or simply ran away. The police are not helping, and about three months have passed with no progress. Then a sticker for a private investigator who finds people appears, and the request is made.

No Exit is marked as unavailable for anyone under 19 and crime-themed. Black Doctor is described as drama and thriller.

There were also events for Instagram follows, blog reviews, and consecutive-play discounts. Since there are only two themes, people trying multiple rooms may like the consecutive-play discount.

This explains how to use the hint phone. I liked that hints were unlimited, and whenever I felt stuck, I used them right away, so I could keep solving without too much delay.

There are many kinds of locks, so beginners may find it difficult. Reading the guide carefully before entering should help prevent confusion. Since I had done escape rooms several times, I tended to skim the lock guide.

If your shoes are uncomfortable, you can change into indoor slippers before entering. It did not seem mandatory, so I kept my own shoes on.
Overall, the material felt very fresh and unlike themes I had seen before. The 19+ restriction made sense. It was not scary, but it did have an eerie feeling. Skirts or short outfits did not seem to be a problem for the activity. I failed to escape, but it was still fun, and afterward the staff explained everything one by one so I could understand the theme. Next time, I might try Black Doctor.
