Tanning Now Sanbon: 24-Hour Unmanned Tanning Shop
I visited Tanning Now Sanbon, a 24-hour unmanned tanning shop about 30 seconds from Sanbon Station Exit 4. It offers both brown and white tanning, mobile reservations, private time-slot access, free building parking, lockers, towels, and on-site supplies.
Hi! Today I visited a tanning shop in Sanbon. Summer was just starting to wind down, and I wanted to look into white tanning to help bring back a lighter look to my tanned skin. I went to Tanning Now in Sanbon, a 24-hour unmanned tanning shop where both brown tanning and white tanning are available.

Tanning Now Sanbon branch is only about 30 seconds on foot from Sanbon Station Exit 4, so it is really close. It operates 24 hours, and the system is based on reserving by mobile phone before visiting. Outside of your reserved time, the door stays locked, so you can tan privately. There seem to be many gyms near Sanbon Station too, so it felt popular. Free parking is also available in the building’s parking lot, which was very convenient.

There were also various events prepared, and it looked like you may be able to receive extra sessions if you leave a Naver photo review.
After purchasing a pass, you can simply make a reservation through the app and visit at your booked time.

If you need to register sessions for the first time or buy lotion, you can do it at the kiosk in front. The lotions are stored inside. The lotion types are different for white tanning and brown tanning, so you should choose the one that fits your session. Also, Tanning Now allows outside tanning lotion, so you can bring the one you were already using. How nice is that?

For white tanning, I used the lotion labeled in Korean as “쥬블랜드 화이트 톤 튜닝 바디 크림,” a White Tone Tuning Body Cream. It is described as a cream that helps with skin brightening and wrinkle care at the same time. I took the cream and one towel, then went in.

The room on the left is the brown tanning room, and the room on the right is the white tanning room. Each room has reservation times set in 30-minute intervals, and the fingerprint lock is set so the door opens only at your reserved time. Only one person can enter a tanning room at a time.

This is the locker area, and there were more lockers than I expected. They are for storing simple belongings and tanning lotion, so the lockers are not large, but they are enough to use while visiting the tanning shop.

There were signs for parking, Wi-Fi, towels, and other information. One towel was enough for me. After using it, you just put the used towel into the towel bin under the fresh towels. It was simple and very convenient.

Now I entered the tanning room. It was very clean and pretty. Even though it is an unmanned shop, a robot vacuum cleaner cleans frequently, so the floor was clean too. The bright orange tanning machine really stood out. Before getting into the machine, I started with some preparation.

On one side, there were latex gloves, plastic sheets, a back lotion applicator, eye-protection glasses, scissors, and other supplies. I had been wondering how I would apply tanning lotion to my back, so the back applicator was perfect. After using the back applicator, you need to replace the plastic sheet. I also made sure to take the eye-protection glasses in with me. It may not be a huge issue, but the light is strong, so I thought it would be better not to look at it directly.

The tanning room use time is 30 minutes, and the tanning machine is set to 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes are over, there is a cooling time of about 3 minutes. Once you enter the room, undress, apply lotion, tan, wipe off, and get dressed again, the timing is about right. I was only rushed during my first visit, but from the second time, I was able to tan more comfortably and leave with time to spare.

The machine instructions are easy to understand. Honestly, you just go in and press the power button to start. If you suddenly want to stop, press the power button again. If the power button does not work for any reason, you can turn off the switch. My first tanning impression was that it simply felt warm. It was not overly hot, just warm. The top was open, so it did not feel stuffy. Since it was my first tanning session, I wanted to try only a little, so I came out with 3 minutes left.

After coming out of the tanning machine, I cleaned up and left. It was simple and easy.

This was the before and after, but since it was only my first session, there was almost no visible whitening-type color difference yet. Still, my skin felt a bit softer, almost smooth and silky. I heard it is better to shower about 2 hours after tanning, so I went home, had dinner, and then washed up. After that, my skin did feel slightly brighter. I will keep going for the remaining sessions and try to get lighter. I strongly recommend Tanning Now Sanbon branch. Buying a membership pass, making reservations, and sending inquiries are all handled without face-to-face contact, which makes it comfortable. #SanbonTanning #SanbonWhiteTanning #GunpoTanning #GunpoWhiteTanning #GeumjeongTanning #SanbonTanningShop #SanbonBrownTanning #SanbonStationTanning #SanbonStationWhitening
