Sanbon Public Parking Lot: Sanbon Jeil Hospital Parking Tip
A practical parking note for Sanbon Jeil Hospital: a public parking lot has opened right behind the hospital, with self-service payment, EV and accessible spaces, and posted fees.
Hello! Today I’m sharing a parking tip for Sanbon Jeil Hospital. Many reviews said parking at Sanbon Jeil Hospital was inconvenient, but a public parking lot has now opened right behind the hospital.

A few months ago, the area where tow trucks had been gathered was completely cleared out and construction started. The parking lot came together quickly. It already seemed like a space that was needed, so I’m posting this to share the information.

There are separate parking spaces for electric vehicles and for people with disabilities. For the first few days after the parking lot was built, it was opened for free, and at that time it was so full that I couldn’t really tell how large it was. Once normal operation started on July 14 and some cars cleared out, it looked quite spacious.

Parking payment can be handled at an unmanned kiosk. There is another self-service payment machine inside the parking lot, so it seemed convenient whichever direction you come from.

There is a KT building right in front, and many nearby places seem to need parking, including Sanbon Jeil Hospital, Sanbon Jeil Postpartum Care Center, Shin Sanbon Postpartum Care Center, and the Sanbon hagwon district. This lot should be useful.

The fee is 800 KRW for 30 minutes, then an additional 400 KRW for each 10 minutes. The maximum daily parking fee is 9,000 KRW. So parking for one hour would be 2,000 KRW. Maybe because it is a public parking lot, it feels affordable!

There used to be a parking lot here, so some people may already know the spot, but the space was not very generous before. I’m glad it has been rebuilt larger this time.
