Kkotmareum Lotte Fitin Sanbon Shabu-Shabu Review
A Sanbon shabu-shabu review of Kkotmareum Lotte Fitin, covering hours, break time, parking support, solo and group seating, half-and-half broth, self bar, Vietnamese wraps, and porridge finish.

I visited a newly opened shabu-shabu restaurant in Sanbon. It had good value and tasted good, so it seemed nice for gatherings or meals in Sanbon.

This is Kkotmareum Lotte Fitin Sanbon. Hours were 11:00 to 21:00, break time from 15:00 to 17:00, and last order at 19:30. If you dine there, they support 2 hours of parking.

On the way in, I saw one-person seats, so it looked good for eating alone. The interior had a European-style look, and there were group, one-person, and two-person seats.

We ordered Kkotmareum shabu with beef neck and brisket.
If you use only shabu-shabu without meat, it was 12,900 won. I ordered the version with meat and chose half-and-half broth to try two kinds.
Sauces, vegetables, and other items are arranged around the self bar, so you can pick them up in order.

Because there was a mala broth option, the sauces were varied. I chose the classic Vietnamese wrap sauces, chili and peanut.

Shabu-shabu and Vietnamese wrap vegetables can be picked up at the self bar. There were many wrap vegetables and many shabu ingredients, especially glass noodles, bunmoza, and tofu.

There were japchae and tteokbokki at the self bar too. They were kept warm, chewy, and tasty.

There were also dumplings, fried vegetables, and seaweed rolls that go well with the meal.

There was mushroom soup before the meal. It was nutty and a little sweet, and it would be easy for children to eat.

For Vietnamese wraps, the self bar has rice paper and hot water. If the water cools down, you can discard it there and get fresh water.

This was the amount of meat for three people. You can order more if needed. For the wraps, choose only the vegetables you want from the self bar and avoid leaving food.
I liked having two broths. It only costs 1,000 won extra, so I recommend trying half-and-half.

The minari was in season, smelled great, and tasted very good. Being able to refill vegetables freely was a highlight.

After shabu-shabu, porridge is a must. I brought rice, kimchi, vegetables, seaweed flakes, and a raw egg from the self bar.

I chose the broth I preferred, removed some soup, and added the porridge ingredients. With less broth it becomes more like fried rice; with more, it becomes thicker porridge. I added the egg at the end.
It was my first time visiting the restaurant area in Lotte Fitin Sanbon. By dinner peak time, Kkotmareum had a wait, so it seemed popular. It is worth a look for a Sanbon gathering or satisfying meal.
