Royal Water Yeonnam Hongdae Perfume Shop Review

Hi, this is Izzingne. Today I went to Hongdae for the first time in a while. Near Yeontral Park in Yeonnam-dong, around the maze-like alley area, I found a perfume shop called Royal Water. It looked so pretty as I passed by that I went in almost as if pulled inside.

Royal Water is a chain with several branches. Business hours are 12:00 to 21:30. On weekends, there can be a lot of people inside, so you may bump around a little. Still, the staff kindly kept things organized, so I was able to browse fairly comfortably.

From outside, it looks slightly semi-basement, with a structure that lets you look down into the shop. Maybe because it was night, the lighting inside looked so pretty that I really did walk in as if I were drawn to it.

The inside is very pretty. It has a bit of a laboratory feel, and I liked the clean atmosphere. The perfumes were also arranged very neatly.

There is lighting under the perfumes. That was what looked so pretty from outside. Each scent was set up so it was easy to smell one by one, and the scent descriptions were detailed. They also placed images that match each fragrance, which made it nice to smell the perfume and imagine the scene in your head.

These are the 30 ml perfumes for sale. The price is KRW 35,000. They also prepared an order list so you can check the scents you like while smelling them. For 30 ml, this seemed like good value.

It was a place that made both my nose and my eyes happy. It was pretty and fragrant, so I did not want to leave.
