Ritthing Coffee in Sanbon for Croffles and a Green Cafe Mood
A Sanbon central shopping area cafe review of Ritthing Coffee, highlighting croffles, iced Americano, green grape sorbet, green-and-wood interiors, group seating, pet-friendly notes, photo zones, and kind service.
Hello. I came to a cafe for croffles for the first time in a while. This place is in Sanbon central shopping area, and a friend kept recommending it as a croffle spot, so I went right over.

My favorite color is green, and this cafe was green everywhere. Even the entrance was pretty and completely my style.

Inside, there were trees and a small garden-like setup. The wood-and-green interior felt comfortable. The impressive part was that there was even seating for six, so groups could probably visit comfortably. I went around 7 p.m., and it did not feel like a cafe where you had to stay quiet; it looked good for chatting without feeling self-conscious. It is pet-friendly, so I also saw a cute dog.

The dessert models made it impossible to resist, so I ordered right away.
Brown cheese croffle Iced Americano Seasonal sorbet, green grape
I ordered an iced Americano, which is essential with a sweet dessert, and the seasonal green grape sorbet because I wanted something refreshing. The source also says there are menus for pregnant guests and dogs, which felt thoughtful.

I took this photo while deciding that next time I definitely want to try the blueberry crumble.

I only photographed the side without people, but the seating looked roomy.

There was a mirror photo zone. The photo zone shown on the right was arranged so couples, friends, and dogs could get good shots together. I got one photo there too.

They sell two types of coffee beans, and a review event gives an iced Americano refill. It also seemed like a good place to come study or work at a cafe. I picked up two cute stickers from there.

After looking around the cafe, the order came out quickly. The croffle looked amazing. The iced Americano had low acidity and a nutty taste, so I understood why the coffee was good. I mixed the sorbet well, but it was filled so full that it spilled a little before I drank it straight from the cup.
The sorbet was the real standout. It felt like green grape ade topped with a lump of sherbet. I do not like overly sweet drinks, so I wondered whether I would leave it if it was too sweet, but the sweetness was balanced. It was cool and had a slight tree, forest, or grassy note. That description sounds funny, but I really liked it. The sweetness and refreshment were just right, and I had not had a store-bought green grape drink with this kind of taste before.

Vanilla-flavored ice cream, cheese, and croffle together is basically bliss. It was crispy, salty-sweet, thick, and chewy all at once.
I already want to eat it again.
Ritthing Coffee was satisfying for its interior, atmosphere, and most importantly its taste. The owner was also very kind, so both my partner and I had a good time. When my croffle craving comes back, I want to go again.
