Oniljeong Beomgye Review: Yukhoe, Salmon and Pasta Bar
Oniljeong is a Beomgye Rodeo bar about 3 minutes from Beomgye Station Exit 2. This review covers the yukhoe-and-salmon plate, cream pasta, Naver reservation room seating, basic yogurt anju, and date-friendly atmosphere.
Hi! Today I’m introducing a good place for anju in Beomgye. When I have drinking plans, I usually meet in Beomgye, but Oniljeong was a bar I tried for the first time. I liked it so much after visiting that I wanted to write about it. Their yukhoe and salmon were seriously good.

The location is about a 3-minute walk from Beomgye Station Exit 2. It’s in Beomgye Rodeo, on the 3rd floor of one of the main bar buildings you see a little past the central fountain. As soon as you get off the elevator, it’s on the left, so it was easy to find. From the entrance, it had a calm bar vibe, and the inside was also really pretty. It seemed just right for a date or a blind date.

There were mostly 4-person tables inside. The window seats felt open, and the other seats had partitions with only one side open, so it looked like you could enjoy things with a bit of privacy. Each table had an induction cooktop, which made it look neat.

I made a reservation through Naver before visiting. Since I booked for 4 people, they guided us to a room so we could use the space comfortably — amazing! They also set everything up in advance for our reservation time, which was nice. It was really hot that day, and they had the air conditioner on inside the room, so we could eat comfortably in the cool air.

Salmon and yukhoe Cream pasta Chamisul
Oniljeong is known for its yukhoe, so we ordered the salmon-and-yukhoe combination. I had been craving pasta all day, and it happened to be on the menu. Since I wanted something rich, I chose the cream pasta.

After ordering, they brought Oniljeong’s basic anju. It was yogurt! It came topped with granola and strawberry jam, and it was so good. Since there were four of us, I think they gave us two portions, but it was so tasty that I ended up eating one whole serving myself. The yogurt is a basic side dish, but there seemed to be an extra charge if you order more, so keep that in mind.

While waiting for the food, I looked around the room and noticed lots of Gromit posters. Gromit is my favorite character, so I loved that too. If I come back to Oniljeong, I’d want this room again.

The pasta came out first. It was cream pasta filled with large shrimp and bacon. I broke the egg yolk in the center, mixed everything well, and took a bite — it was thick, creamy, and delicious.

This place is truly a pasta spot, too. There was plenty of sauce, so it stayed moist until the end. The seasoning was just right, and it paired well as anju, so I felt like we made a great choice.

Next was the yukhoe and salmon. One side was yukhoe and the other was salmon. It also came with gamtae seaweed and capers. I like wrapping salmon in gamtae, so I was happy they served it together.

The yukhoe was well seasoned, and the salmon was rich and fresh. We mixed it with the egg yolk after breaking it up. What surprised me most was the portion size. Compared with the price, the amount felt really generous. In the photo it is shaped into a round mound, so it may not look huge, but while mixing it I kept thinking, “Why is there so much yukhoe here?” The taste, portion, and everything about it were excellent.

After eating a good amount of the anju, we were sipping drinks and deep in conversation when the owner even brought us a complimentary anju. Thanks to that, we also enjoyed some sweet fruit. Oniljeong in Beomgye was great for taste, portion size, and service — recommended for a Beomgye drinking spot. #BeomgyeBar #BeomgyeAnjuSpot #BeomgyeGoodVibesBar #BeomgyeStationPizza #BeomgyeStationPasta #AnyangBar #BeomgyeRestaurant #BeomgyeDate #BeomgyeBlindDate #BeomgyeBarRecommendation #BeomgyePasta #BeomgyeYukhoe #BeomgyeSalmon #BeomgyeAnjuRecommendation
