Obstetrics Hospital Meal Special: Bean Sprout Rice and Pikachu
A nutrition diary post about a hospital group-meal special: nostalgic Pikachu-style chicken cutlet, bean sprout rice, japchae, spring cabbage geotjeori, mushroom jeon, tofu doenjang soup, and beef seaweed soup.
Hi, this is Izzingne's nutrition diary. I am back with a nutrition diary after a while. This time we served a cute nostalgic Pikachu-style item, so I am writing partly to show it.
Nostalgic Pikachu-style cutlet, bean sprout rice, japchae, spring cabbage geotjeori, king oyster mushroom jeon Tofu doenjang soup and beef seaweed soup 35 ward meals and 175 staff meals

First is the bean sprout rice. Two 2.8 kg cans of shiitake mushrooms went in. We made a total of 2.5 cookers of rice for staff and general patients. About one can of shiitake went into each cooker, and we also added radish and carrot. Many people dislike carrot, but this is one way to get them to eat it.

The product name is Dure Foods Bear Chicken Cutlet.

It can look like a bear shape, but we are more familiar with the nostalgic Pikachu-style snack from school-front snack shops. So even though the product name is bear, I named the menu Nostalgic Pikachu. It is thin, so it fries quickly.

We prepared a total of 8 kg of spring cabbage, but it was a bit too much. Because the meal count increased, I ordered more, but it turned out to be plenty. For around 160 to 170 meals, about 7.5 kg seems enough. It was seasoned as a nutty and spicy fresh geotjeori.

I intentionally posted a note in front of the serving line showing how to drizzle the ketchup like this, but nobody drizzled it cutely. Everyone just went zigzag. If that happens, what was the point of making it Pikachu?

At least I drizzled mine nicely.

Thank you for enjoying the meal again today. I will keep this one short. I simply became the dietitian who wanted to show the Pikachu.
