Nas Sushi Ansan Ran Assorted Sushi Review
A personal review of Nas Sushi in Ansan Jungang-dong, covering the Ran assorted sushi set, parking, 10:30-21:30 hours, takeout and delivery, seating, cold udon, tuna service, tempura, and salmon nigiri.
Hello, this is Izzingne. Today I rushed over to Nas Sushi in Ansan Jungang-dong to eat their representative Ran sushi menu.

At the beginning of Jungang-dong there is Fashion 1st Street. Nas Sushi is next to the red chair. Since it is near the entrance, it is easy to find, and parking is also available in the underground lot.

Business hours are 10:30-21:30. Takeout and delivery are also available.

Inside, there were several counter seats, two-person seats, and six-person seats. There are group seats too, so it seemed good for family visits.

I chose Ran sushi from the assorted sushi options, and individual sushi pieces can also be ordered. Besides sushi, they have drinking snacks too, so it would be nice to have a drink with sake in the evening. They had many alcohol options that go well with sushi.

Tableware was already set at the seats. There was also an SNS event below, so you can join and enjoy a drink with your meal.

When you order sushi, they prepare miso soup, salad, and cold udon. Since it was summer, the cold udon was refreshing. They also serve two kinds of soy sauce so you can use different ones depending on sushi or fried items. The owner clearly pays attention so every bite can be enjoyed properly.

This was tuna served as a complimentary item. How do they serve tuna as a service item? It was also very soft and delicious.

The assorted Ran sushi finally came out. When you order sushi, the owner says the rice amount and wasabi can be adjusted if needed. I love wasabi, so I asked for a lot. They made it with that sharp wasabi kick, and it was so good.

The composition was great. Overall, the sushi pieces were large and thick. The thickness felt clearly different from sushi I had eaten elsewhere. I could see why it is known as a Gojan-dong sushi spot.

Because I said I like wasabi, they put on more than the standard amount. Small thoughtful details like that move customers.

My favorite sushi is salmon. The left piece was salmon aged again in water, and the right was salmon aged in soy sauce. They explained the difference between the two, so eating while knowing that made the flavors feel different and added a fun detail.

When I had eaten about half the sushi, shrimp tempura and sweet pumpkin tempura came out. When they served them, the sizzling sound lasted for a while. They were freshly fried at just the right moment, so they were crisp and moist.

Salmon is my top pick, but I also chose three other sushi pieces that perfectly matched my taste: soy sauce shrimp, beef, and eel. They were really delicious.

The sushi pieces were a little big, so it must have been a lot of food for me, but I could not leave even one piece. Because everything was so good, I kept wondering what each piece would taste like and kept eating until I was completely full. There are many sushi places near Jungang Station, but this was the only place where I felt this much professional care. Everyone should try it.
