Mimi Sushi Indeogwon Set Menu Review

Hi, this is Izzingne. Today I visited Mimi Sushi Indeogwon, a well-known spot in Anyang's Indeogwon area. Mimi means beautiful taste, and the sushi really matched the name: thick, satisfying, and delicious.

It is close to Indeogwon Station. Come out of exit 6 or 7 and walk in a little, and you can find it quickly. Parking is possible for about one or two cars in front of the restaurant. A space happened to be open, so I parked comfortably before going in. Hours are 11:30-23:00, break time is 14:30-15:30, and last order is 20:20.

As soon as I walked in, a prize-draw container caught my eye. If you write a Naver receipt review, they give you a chance to draw from items like a Mimi set meal, two pieces of Mimi sushi, six pieces of assorted sushi, three pieces of fresh salmon sushi, half soba, half udon, a drink, or maki. I usually only see events that give a drink, so this draw felt fun.

The inside of the restaurant looked very clean. There was also a table for six people, and it was partly screened, so it felt suitable for a small gathering.

If you need more side dishes, you can pick them up at the self-service bar. There was also kimchi, which was not part of the first table setting.

The menu was organized like this, and we ordered the A set. For the meal dishes, we chose udon and cold soba.

These were the first side dishes: cucumber salad, scallop, and ankimo.

The setting looked neat and pretty, so I took a photo. It is also a good value date-course option because the place is clean and the table setting comes out nicely. For Indeogwon sushi, Mimi Sushi is definitely a strong choice.

The sushi came out soon after we ordered. The composition was good, and the pieces were thick and tasty. The beef and salmon were especially good.

The meal dishes came out one after another, so I took a photo and started eating. Sushi really is best at a specialty shop.

The cold soba broth was rich and delicious. It was not just broth with ice floating in it; the broth itself was icy, so it felt cold all the way through. The seasoning was just right, and I thought I would want to order this cold soba by itself next time. The udon was warm and clean-tasting, so it matched the sushi very well. The noodles looked so springy too.

The shrimp tempura came last. It was freshly fried and very hot. Dipping it in tartar sauce made it nutty and delicious. The whole shrimp was large too, so it made the meal really filling.
