Kkongstamang Salon Prive Room Restaurant in Anyang
A visit to Kkongstamang Salon Prive near LS Tower and Beomgye in Anyang, with rooms for groups of six or more, two hours of free parking, 11:00-22:00 hours except Mondays, and mentaiko anchovy pasta, potato cream gnocchi, and flat iron steak.
Hi, I found a real local restaurant today. It is a small restaurant in my neighborhood, with rooms and a great atmosphere, so I wanted to introduce it.
Hours: 11:00 to 22:00, closed on Mondays. Parking is available, with two hours of free parking in the building. Rooms can be reserved for groups of six or more. I booked for a weekday dinner and needed parking after work; they gave me enough time, so I parked for free. The parking lot also had plenty of space.

The exterior had such a mood. It felt upscale and warm, and once I opened the door and went inside, it got even better.

The interior was dark with lighting accents that made me stop and look around. The hand-washing space inside the restaurant was such a smart detail. It felt cleaner and more convenient than using a shared restroom.

I sat at the table they had prepared and looked around the room. The whole place felt refined, and I liked the variety of seats: bar seating, window seats, and rooms. It seemed just right for friend gatherings or family meals if you like pasta and steak. Loud places feel tiring these days, but this quiet spot fit my taste exactly.

After ordering, we received pre-meal bread. They served three kinds of bread with pickles, balsamic sauce, fruit cheese, and honey. Restaurants usually serve bread with balsamic, but I do not love balsamic, so I ate it with the fruit cheese and honey. It was seriously delicious, and I scraped it all up.

As we ate the bread, the food started coming out. First was the mentaiko anchovy pasta. I came here for this. It is hard to find anchovy pasta these days, so when I saw it on the menu before visiting, I booked right away. It had the clean, salty flavor I wanted, the noodles were cooked well, and it was even better with garlic and cherry tomatoes.

Next was the potato cream gnocchi, which everyone seemed to pick, so we ordered it too. The edible flower on top made it so pretty, like a plated picture. The sauce was thick, the potato had a chewy texture, and the vegetables and bacon went well with it.

Last came the flat iron steak, the kind of dish you want when you come to a restaurant. I liked that it came with wasabi and whole-grain mustard.

It paired well with the mild mashed potatoes, and the meat almost melted away. This place is genuinely good for steak.

It was so good that we barely talked and just kept eating. While paying, I noticed that if you order wine, they seem to give wine glasses and markers. Next time I want to order wine and try that. It had been a while since I ate at such a clean and calm restaurant, so I felt good and comfortable throughout the meal. Since it is near home, I will come often.
