Haengbokhanjib Beomgye Bar Food Review
A Beomgye bar review of Haengbokhanjib, with Rodeo location, source-reported hours, public-parking note, Friday wait timing, warm interior, draft beer, spicy cream pasta, and seasoned fries.

Hi, this is Ijjingne. Today I came out to Beomgye for drinks with a friend after a long time. I usually hang out only in my neighborhood, so it felt nice to come out. I visited Haengbokhanjib, one of my favorite Beomgye spots for good bar food. The source says visiting here really feels happy.

The location is in Beomgye Rodeo. There is no parking in the building, so use a nearby public parking lot. The source lists hours as 16:00 to 03:00, with last order at 02:00.

I visited around 5 p.m. on a Friday. At that time, many seats were still empty. Since it was Friday, I expected a wait, but it was quieter than I thought. That turned out to be a mistaken assumption.

About one hour later, the place looked like this. There was a wait until I left. If you plan to visit on Friday or Saturday, it may be better to go early or expect waiting.

The interior is very pretty. The piano seemed like it might actually be playable. I liked the warm atmosphere and the Christmas-like mood.

The table setting was also pretty, and even the water bottle had a nice mood. Haengbokhanjib seems like a great place for a blind date or date because taking someone here would make a good impression.

As soon as we sat down, we ordered drinks. My friend and I each ordered draft beer, and I mixed in soju too. A soju-beer mix tastes especially good with draft beer.

Spicy cream pasta, seasoned fries, draft beer, and soju.
Whenever I come to Haengbokhanjib, I always order the pasta. This place is truly good for pasta, so it feels like a required order. I added the seasoned fries because they seemed like a good side.

The seasoning sprinkled on the outside was seriously addictive. There were several types of fries, so it was fun to pick through them.

The visual was impressive: pretty, appetizing, and clearly generous in portion.

The pasta was moderately spicy, thick, and delicious. The cream sauce was excellent, and they gave enough sauce that I could keep eating it rich and creamy while drinking.
Haengbokhanjib is a place I have liked for a long time, so I had wanted to post about it. The source notes that the visit included a sponsored amount, but says it is still a real favorite that the reviewer visits often because it tastes so good. Since it is not a chain and can only be eaten in Beomgye, anyone looking for a Beomgye restaurant or a good bar with food should consider visiting.
