Gael Hair Lab in Sanbon: Head Spa and Scalp Care Review
I visited Gael Hair Lab, a Sanbon head spa and scalp clinic near Sanbon Station Exit 3, for a scalp anti-aging program. This review covers booking, hours, the massage-chair care steps, before-and-after impressions, and its wig services.
Hello! Today I visited Gael Hair Lab, a scalp clinic in Sanbon that specializes in scalp and hair-loss care. Lately I felt like I was losing a bit more hair, and maybe because it was summer my scalp seemed to get oily quickly, so I went to try Gael Hair Lab’s scalp anti-aging program.

The location is just a 1-minute walk from Sanbon Station Exit 3. It is easy to reach by subway, and because it is on Sanbon Rodeo Street, the access is convenient. Business hours are 10:30-20:00, and it is closed every Sunday. Since this is a one-person care space, I recommend making a reservation on Naver before visiting.

At Gael Hair Lab, you receive the care while lying in a massage chair that can massage the whole body. I have had many scalp spas and scalp-related care sessions before, but this was my first time receiving one in a massage chair. It felt like a whole new world, to the point that I lost track of time.

After consulting with the director, I chose the scalp anti-aging program. The scalp anti-aging program is described as helping balance the scalp’s pH and oil-moisture levels, supplying naturally antibacterial ingredients, improving the scalp condition, and improving the scalp environment. Since my scalp did not have major hair-loss or trouble concerns, we proceeded with an overall scalp-care feeling.

Before starting, I stored my belongings safely and changed into a gown. As the director checked my scalp condition, she parted the hair little by little and began with exfoliation. I was honestly a little surprised by how meticulous she was. She explained that the first step is the most important and that enough exfoliation helps the next steps work better, so she handled it very carefully.

Next was a steam step to help with exfoliation. It helps soften the dead skin cells. I had felt a little hot and sweaty when I came in, and when the director noticed, she placed cool tea and even a fan right in front of me. Such a sweet director.

After the steam, I sat in the massage chair and the main scalp anti-aging care began. She shampooed my hair very thoroughly, and after shampooing there were additional steps like steam treatment to rinse away the softened dead skin cells well.

She applied plenty of nourishing ampoule to my scalp and also sprayed a nutrition spray on my hair. After the care was finished, my scalp felt really refreshed, and maybe because I also received a full-body massage, it felt like my fatigue had cleared away too.

She finished with an MMS machine and carefully dried my scalp. There were no unnecessary steps, and every part felt like refreshing healing. She said the products she uses are full of ingredients that cool the scalp, and it really felt true.

For the final touch, she also set things up in front of the vanity so I could finish on my own. I was going straight home, so I was too lazy to do more; I left after the director had dried my scalp.

These are the before-and-after photos. Before the care, my scalp was definitely oily overall and looked red from heat. After the cool, healing care, it had a pretty ivory tone and a smooth finish.

I also found out that this place specializes in wigs. They handle custom wigs and chemotherapy wigs, so I think it could be a big help for people who have those concerns.

Wig care is done on this side. Since it is a one-person shop, it feels private and comfortable.

After the refreshing scalp care, they also gave me sample shampoo so I could keep taking care of my scalp. The director seemed genuinely passionate about scalp care and approached the healing experience with a lot of detail, so I felt good the whole time. I plan to visit again. #AnyangHeadSpa #AnyangScalpManagement #SanbonScalpManagement #AnyangScalpCare #SanbonHeadSpa #AnyangScalpSpa #SanbonScalpSpa #SanbonHairLossManagement #AnyangHairLossManagement #SanbonScalpCare
