Hi, this is Ijjingne. Today I visited an all-you-can-eat beef restaurant in Sangam-dong. All-you-can-eat beef can make you worry about meat quality, but at 808ho the meat quality was good, and the mix of sirloin, tenderloin, and chadol made the meal enjoyable.

The front of the shop feels like a narrow alley, so parking is difficult. The source recommends using a nearby public parking lot. Hours are listed as 17:00 to 24:00, closed every Sunday, and the all-you-can-eat use time is 3 hours.

There are all-you-can-eat options with and without alcohol, and the source says the difference is 8,000 won per person. We planned to drink only one beer, so we ordered the non-alcohol option plus one beer. If you plan to drink three or more bottles, the alcohol-included option may make sense; otherwise, the non-alcohol option seemed better.

One reason it works well for company dinners near DMC is that they give a hangover-stick supplement to eat before drinking. I wanted more beer, but had another schedule, so I started with the one they gave us.

There is no fixed side-dish setting; you bring what you want from the self bar. There were four sauces, butter, myeongi namul, whole-grain mustard, and other side dishes that are not always common at barbecue places. Sirloin grilled with butter was especially good, and steak sauce with whole-grain mustard was a nice combination. The source also notes pork neck at the self bar, prepared in case beef starts to feel heavy. We were full from beef and did not try it, but nearby company-dinner tables kept bringing it, so it seemed popular.

There were many vegetables for grilling, including king oyster mushrooms, eggplant, and green onion. Grilled eggplant was surprisingly tasty, so I brought it several times.

The sirloin and tenderloin came lightly pre-seared, while the chadol came raw. We started by quickly grilling the chadol.

The chadol was rich and savory, as expected. The sirloin and tenderloin were also tender, and grilling them with butter gave them a great aroma.

I also made a proper ssam wrap.

With morning bread, cabbage salad, potato salad, and a large piece of sirloin, I made a mini burger. The reviewer says making burgers at all-you-can-eat restaurants feels like a rule. Some people may say bread fills you up, but when beef starts to feel a little rich, the bread makes it lighter and works well.

The grill is a little small, but beef cooks quickly and is eaten right away, so it was not a big issue. It may feel a bit small for four people, but for two people it felt just right. We grilled vegetables and meat together.

We ordered noodles as side dishes, and because I wanted to eat them with noodles, I asked for only chadol as the refill. Since you can choose the cut for refills, the source suggests asking for the part you want.

When you order banquet noodles, kimchi comes with them. The broth was deep and good.

Then came the bibim noodles, ordered to wrap with chadol.

They were sweet, tangy, and matched chadol perfectly. The source says all side menus here are 1,000 won, making them great to pair with meat. The reviewer recommends ordering one per person and says this feels like a strong choice for company dinners in Sangam or near DMC.
