Casa Pasta near Beomgye Station: Blue Ribbon Waitlist Review
A personal review of Casa, a pasta spot near Beomgye Station Rodeo known for Blue Ribbon recognition, with Dolce Crema, sweet pumpkin pasta, and wait-time notes.
Today I visited a pasta spot near Beomgye Station: Casa. It seems to be well known as a Blue Ribbon restaurant for 10 years. I have lived in Anyang for a long time, but this was my first time finally trying it.

The location is a little farther into a left-side alley from the center of Beomgye Station Rodeo. It is across from Hanam Pig House and near Starbucks. Hours: 11:00–21:00 Last order: 20:20 I visited around 6 p.m. on a weekday, and there was just one two-person table left. I thought there would definitely be a wait, so that was lucky. There was a waiting line the whole time we were eating, but turnover was faster than I expected. Even if there is a wait, it felt worth trying.

Sweet pumpkin pasta Dolce Crema
Because I had another plan after the meal and knew I would be eating again later, we ordered just one dish each. As expected, I was not exactly full afterward. We chose the sweet pumpkin pasta, which some people apparently miss out on because it is occasionally sold out, and Dolce Crema, recommended when you are craving a thick, rich cream sauce. There were Blue Ribbon marks lined up, and after trying the food, I agreed: this really is a good pasta place.

The basic table setting came out like this. The restaurant had an older feel, but that actually made it comfortable and settled. The chairs were especially soft, which made the whole meal feel pleasant.

The food came out faster than I expected. The sweet pumpkin pasta was served inside half a pumpkin, and the presentation looked really appetizing and pretty. The Dolce Crema also looked thick and creamy, so I was very excited.

Dolce Crema was a cream pasta flavor I had not tried before. The cream was deep, and it seemed like a lot of cheese had gone into it, making the whole dish very thick and rich. It was sweet and intense, but because the flavor felt new to me, I kept going back to taste the sauce again.

The noodles were coated with plenty of sauce, so one bite filled my mouth completely. It made me think, “This is real pasta.”

Next was the sweet pumpkin pasta. The pasta comes served inside steamed sweet pumpkin. Since sweet pumpkin is good these days, I ordered it with high expectations. The pasta itself was really delicious, but the pumpkin was too bland.

The sauce felt like a slightly spicy cream sauce, almost like a rosé with a lot of cheese. If the pumpkin had been sweet, it would have been amazing, but I enjoyed the pasta more on its own than when eating it together with the pumpkin. This was also a pasta flavor I had not tried before, so it was interesting. The restaurant really felt like a place that does pasta well, and next time I want to try other kinds one by one.

Part of the kitchen area is open, so you can catch small glimpses of pizza being baked and pasta being plated inside. That was fun to watch, too. I admit it: this is a genuinely good pasta spot. Many people also recommend the pane, so next time I want to try that.
