Benefit Aesthetic Sanbon Energy Therapy Review
A Sanbon body-care review of Benefit Aesthetic's energy therapy, including the academy-district location, stated hours, consultation, treatment room, devices, aftercare cautions, and personal impressions.
Hello, this is Ijjingne. Maybe because the weather has been cold, even when I exercise my body keeps shrinking in and feeling stiff. I heard there was a Sanbon body-care shop that does fusion energy therapy well, so I made a reservation and went for treatment.

The location is in the Sanbon academy district. It is about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Sanbon Station, which is close enough. I was nearby, so I walked there quickly. It is in the building with Custom Coffee on the first floor. Hours: 10:00-20:00 Saturday: 10:00-18:00 Closed Sundays and public holidays.

The interior was clean with a white tone. The waiting area was tidy, which I liked. I visited after making a reservation, so I did not have to wait separately.

Inside there is a consultation room and treatment room. They briefly checked my experience with energy therapy and whether I had allergies, then guided me to the treatment room. Benefit Aesthetic checks your condition before the treatment.

Disposable underwear was packaged and ready. You can change comfortably inside. Because it is disposable, I could use it with peace of mind.

This is where I received the care. It was clean and well organized, and maybe because the day was cold, the bed had been warmed. It felt so cozy that I dozed off during the session.

There were various care devices, and items you might need after the session were also prepared. My hair got in the way during care, and the hair tie provided was useful.

At first, they lightly released tension in my neck by hand. My trapezius area sticks out a lot. Because I spend so much time sitting at work, it has gotten worse than a few years ago.
The device had suction and a vibration inside, and I was told it helps circulation in the body. It felt very refreshing. But there are certain spots that hurt or feel especially cold. They explained that those are areas that are particularly not good for me. For me, the area around my shoulder blades felt especially cold. Now that I know, I should often loosen that area at home with a foam roller.

Second, they used a device that looked like cupping. It tightened and released on my back, creating a massage-like feeling. This was so refreshing. After some time, they changed positions and massaged evenly.

It felt warm and relaxing. The owner checked my body condition from time to time and explained things, so I learned things about my body that I had not known before.

They said many modern people have raised backs. They told me mine was a bit more severe. Even in the photo, my back looks raised and rounded, and maybe because of that, my back felt very cold during care. I felt glad I came in for treatment.

These are before-and-after photos. My body is on the firm side, so visually it did not change dramatically, but after just one session I felt refreshed enough. Circulating a body that had been tightly knotted made me feel lighter and more comfortable.

At the end, we looked at the before-and-after photos together while they explained my body. They said that after care, the body needs time to circulate and recover, so I should not eat for about one hour. They also gave me pumpkin red bean tea. Because the body had been circulated, I might feel a little dizzy, so they told me to avoid alcohol and intense exercise for a day. Benefit Aesthetic in Sanbon explained the cautions kindly. I recommend it. Even once felt very refreshing and good.
