Apiro in Sanbon: Cocktail Bar and Brunch Cafe Review
A review of Apiro in central Sanbon Rodeo, a new brunch cafe by day and wine, cocktail, and whiskey bar by night, with cocktails, cube steak, pasta, snacks, and late hours.
Hi, this is Izzingne. I heard a brunch cafe and wine bar called Apiro had newly opened in Sanbon, so I went to visit. I think this was almost my first time going to a bar in Sanbon with this kind of atmosphere, so I arrived with high expectations.

It is in the central part of Sanbon Rodeo, so it was easy to find. When you get off the elevator, you can see it straight ahead. Business hours are 11:00 to 02:00. At lunch it is a brunch cafe, and in the evening it becomes a wine, cocktail, and whiskey bar. I visited in the evening to drink cocktails.

Sundried aglio olio and cube steak.

Faust and whiskey sour.
Faust is a cocktail on the menu, and the whiskey sour was made separately for me. I could not find exactly what I wanted on the menu, so I asked for a cocktail recommendation that was strong, refreshing, and lemony, and they made this drink.

The basic snacks were pretzels and sea salt chocolate. The chocolate was sweet and salty and so good that I ate two pieces at a time.

Faust had a stronger alcohol aroma than a sweet taste. My friend said it matched their taste perfectly, so I recommend it for people who enjoy stronger drinks.

This was the cocktail they made to match my request. It tasted exactly how I wanted, so I was happy after just one sip. I want to come back for this again. It was refreshing and sweet, and it also went well with the food.

After ordering food, they set out the utensils. While I was taking small sips, the food came out quickly.

Looking around was fun too. One wall was filled with many kinds of alcohol, and with the different lighting, Apiro had such a good mood that I almost got drunk on the atmosphere.

The ordered dishes finally arrived. From the plates to the plating, everything looked so pretty. It was not a special occasion, but it was a nice place to create a mood, almost like visiting a refined restaurant.

The cube steak came with different salads and sauces, so it was nice to mix, pair, and dip in different ways. The mushrooms in the salad were really tasty. The steak was not dry, and it stayed tender and delicious to the end.
The pasta looked really good too, with plenty of olives and garlic.

It also had shrimp, and the sundried tomatoes added savoriness, so I must have said it was delicious at least ten times while eating.

Water was self-service. Where I went to get water, there were Post-it notes and pens. Many people had written memory-filled messages and stuck them on the wall, and I really like little events like that.

The owner recommended drinks very professionally, and the food was good too. Thank you for opening in Sanbon. I will come back again. Apiro is definitely a good Sanbon Station cocktail spot.
