Yeoja Susan Anyang Review: Flounder Sashimi and Mulhoe
A Bisan-dong Anyang seafood restaurant review covering Yeoja Susan, parking, hours, weekday break time, waiting, group seating, spring flounder sashimi, and seafood mulhoe.

I visited Yeoja Susan in Bisan-dong, one of the most famous sashimi places in Anyang. As someone from Anyang, I wondered why I had only just gone.

The entrance looked impressive. Even though it sits near a bus stop rather than on a restaurant-packed street, the waiting line was no joke.

The location is Bisan-dong. There is parking in front, with 18 spaces stated. Hours were 11:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 24:00, and weekday break time from 14:00 to 16:00. There is no weekend break time.
It looked extremely fresh.

At 6 p.m. on a weekday, the restaurant was already full with company dinners and gatherings. I reserved, so I did not wait, but guests behind me were waiting. The source also says up to 133 people can dine, and a room can hold up to 30 people.

We ordered medium spring flounder sashimi, seafood mulhoe, and beer.
Since flounder is in season, we ordered flounder sashimi with seafood mulhoe.

There was a review event: if you write a photo review on Naver, they give abalone seaweed soup.

The side dishes came out right away despite the crowd. The pancake and fried items were warm and tasty.

They served corn, egg custard, fries, and kimchi pancake, a generous seafood-restaurant side setup.

The seafood mulhoe came with somyeon noodles and a little rice. The staff kindly explained how to eat it.

First, mix and eat some mulhoe. Once the icy broth melts and more soup forms, add noodles. After finishing the noodles, add a little rice to finish.
I followed the staff's explanation and added the noodles once enough broth had formed. The noodles felt essential.

Then came the spring flounder sashimi. I went with my mom and ordered the medium size for two to three people, but the portion was very large.

Yeoja Susan serves sashimi on an ice plate. The sashimi was chewy and delicious, with large, long pieces that gave a good texture.

Wrap vegetables are provided if you ask, and they were fresh too.

At checkout, I noticed mouthwash. Since raw garlic is common with sashimi, that detail was useful. With convenient parking, group capacity, service, and taste, Yeoja Susan is worth considering for sashimi.
