2024 Samsung Welstory Food Festa at Yangjae aT Center

JUNG03/27/2024Korea

A source-grounded guide to the 2024 Samsung Welstory Food Festa at Yangjae aT Center, including dates, admission notes, seminar plans, parking fees, and the visitor discount tip.

Hello, this is Izzingne. I was lucky enough to receive an invitation to Exhibition Hall 2 for the 2024 Samsung Welstory Food Festa, so I am planning to go check it out.

The event is at Yangjae aT Center Exhibition Halls 1 and 2. It runs from Wednesday, April 3 to Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 10:00 to 18:00, with admission closing at 17:30. Hall 1 is open through pre-registration, while Hall 2 is for invited customers. This will be my first time at the exhibition, and thanks to the Samsung Welstory representative, I will also be able to visit Hall 2. Thank you again.

The event runs for two days. I plan to visit after noon on Wednesday, so I think I will only be able to see Professor Lee Ki-won's food seminar program. Still, tastings and event booths continue as permanent exhibits throughout the event, so it seems fine to visit even when there is no scheduled program.

Since I need to park when I go, I looked up the Yangjae aT Center parking fees. It is 4,200 won for one hour, or 700 won per 10 minutes, and daily parking is 36,000 won. I will probably stay at least three to four hours, so the cost is not tiny. Fortunately, event visitors receive a 30% discount. After parking and entering the event, make sure to pick up the parking ticket barcode receipt first. Some people park at nearby lots such as the Yangjae Flower Market, but those lots are not eligible for the discount, so be careful. Nobody automatically hands it to you, so if you come by car, get the parking ticket ready before entering the exhibition.

If you are coming from the subway station or coming by car, glance through the map first so you do not get confused.

I will attach the pre-registration link too. I recommend this for people interested in food and beverage trends, students dreaming of becoming dietitians or cooks, and people working in group foodservice. With job explanations from current dietitians and cooks, food and beverage trend introductions, and more, it looks like it will be a useful time.

Pre-registration is complete. I will leave another review after I go.

I posted the April 3 review below.
