Hi, this is Ijjingne. Today I visited Rion Waxing near Gwangmyeong Station. I wanted to get Brazilian waxing again after a long break, found a place in Gwangmyeong that I liked, made a reservation, and went in.

The location is near Gwangmyeong Station. It is inside Urban Bricks, a very large building that is also connected to AK, so check the directions carefully. Hours are 11:00 to 21:00, Saturday and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00, and closed every Monday. I visited after booking through Naver; for a waxing shop, a reservation feels essential.

Because it was my first time there and I had heard the building was huge, I was worried about finding it. It was easier than expected because the director had written clear directions. There was also a large standing sign outside, which made it easier to spot.

After entering, I first filled out the consent form. You choose the area you want treated and whether you want bikini or design styling, then proceed after a full consultation with the director.

Most of all, the shop itself was clean and well maintained, so it felt trustworthy.

Every shop seems to have a signature plush toy, and at Rion Waxing it was a cute rabbit. It was soft and became a big comfort during the waxing.

The shower room was also clean and dry, so it was comfortable to use. After writing the consent form, I washed in the shower room, lay down, and the treatment began.

The whole place felt hygienic and tidy. During the session, the director kept talking to me and made me comfortable. I personally do better when I can talk through the pain, so chatting with her helped it pass quickly. She also applied aroma oil from time to time and told me in advance when a part might hurt, so I could prepare myself.

After waxing, she cooled the heat and moved on to the soothing step. She also told me not to look at the bright light below. I rested for a bit while waiting for everything to finish.

She suggested spraying disinfectant on my underwear before putting it back on, so I did that too. The place left a strong impression because hygiene and cleanliness seemed to be the priority.
