Hi! Today I’m reviewing the Humming Therapy Balance Patch, a product I had really wanted to try after seeing it in Instagram ads. I used it for a full week, so I hope this helps if you’re thinking about buying it.

With the big temperature swings lately and accumulated fatigue, my whole body had been feeling stiff and heavy. I work at a monitor all day, so my neck, shoulders, and even lower back had been bothering me. I’ll share the honest changes I noticed after trying it myself. In the original post, the purchase was available through the link above.

First, I liked the clean packaging. Unlike the dull, strong-smelling pain-relief patches I was used to, this had a subtle, pleasant scent.

I’ve used them all now, but maybe because the package is a zipper bag, the nice scent stayed around without fading. One pack contains 10 patches. That means 5 uses.

Peel off the protective paper and attach it wherever you want, or on the area you’re concerned about. I first put it under my arm, slept overnight, and removed it when I woke up.

After a little while, I felt a pleasant warmth — or maybe a gentle coolness — spread out, and it felt like tense muscles were softly relaxing. Since it is presented as a patch to use around lymph areas, I put it under my arm, and maybe because it felt reassuring, I slept better too. Haha.

Underarm use of the Humming Therapy Balance Patch in the review

I attached it carefully and went to sleep! The next day, when I checked it, the inner white part had hardened with what looked like black “toxins.” It was so interesting. After peeling it off, a cool feeling like menthol lasted for quite a while.

The next day, I also tried it on my calves and the soles of my feet. Strangely, when I put it on my feet, the black “toxin” effect didn’t show up. That was also really surprising.

I had wondered if maybe it was made to look a little dirty over time, or to look like toxins were coming out just because it had been attached for a while. But for me, it seemed to react only under my arms, which made it even more interesting and made me trust it more. In other reviews, some people said it turned black when they put it on their calves or behind their knees. For me, maybe there wasn’t much there, so after trying it in different places, I used the remaining patches only under my arms.

Skin-feel and adhesive review photo for the Humming Therapy patch

Also, the feeling against the skin was definitely very light. The adhesive was strong enough that it didn’t come off easily even when I moved around while sleeping. On the first day, because my skin is a bit delicate — and the inner underarm area is sensitive for anyone — it stung a little when I removed it. So the second time, I stuck and unstuck the adhesive side on my hand a few times to weaken the stickiness a bit. It still stayed on fine while I slept, and it definitely didn’t hurt when I took it off, which I liked. If your skin is sensitive, try reducing the adhesive a little before applying it, like I did. That’s my tip :)

This was a notice written on the site. Even though my skin is sensitive, I didn’t get any redness or other problems. I think you can try it with confidence~ This summer, let’s clear out underarm “toxins” and work on slimmer upper arms~! . . . #HummingTherapy #HummingTherapyLightBalancePatch #UnderarmPatch #UnderarmToxins #DetoxPatch #InstagramDetoxPatch #HowToDetox #LymphPatch #LymphToxins #LymphNodeCare #UpperArmFat #UpperArmConcerns #UpperArmPatch
