CJ Freshway Food Solution 2025 Registration and Parking

Hi, this is Ijjingne. CJ is holding Food Solution. Last year I went to Samsung Welstory Food Festa, and since CJ is also holding an expo, I am organizing the information because I plan to go.

The dates are March 19-20, 2025. The event is divided into business day and public day.

Business day: foodservice seminar, KRW 30,000, with meal solution and business solution sessions. Public day: exhibition, KRW 10,000. Public day is free with preregistration.

I plan to visit on public day. Public day admission is free only for preregistered visitors. Preregistration is available until March 18, 2025, the day before the event. Registration is available through the site linked.

I registered right away. When you enter the site, the bottom area separates preregistration into exhibition and foodservice seminar. If you select exhibition and enter your information, preregistration is completed.

After registration is completed, a KakaoTalk notification is sent, and you can receive an entry barcode. On the event day, exchange it for an access pass at the self-registration desk in front of the third-floor exhibition hall at Yangjae aT Center, then enter. It is the same method as last year’s Samsung Welstory Food Festa.

The registration completion notice appears like this. You can issue the admission ticket just by scanning the QR code.

Program and information

Viewing points include various products that lead to success, the future of foodservice and institutional catering, restaurant brand success solutions from private restaurants to franchises, life-stage customized solutions from infants to seniors, Food Solution gourmet experiences such as a cooking studio and cooking zone, foodservice trend seminars, and meetings with various partner companies that make the Food Solution ecosystem.

Parking and directions

Parking is important. When visiting food expos, you often receive many samples, so your bags can get heavier. If public transportation is difficult, a car is useful. The aT Center parking lot is large, but when crowds gather, parking can still be difficult. If you try to enter around the 2 p.m. peak, the line can be long. If too many cars are waiting at the entrance, I suggest using nearby cheaper parking lots within walking distance.

Parking at aT Center is the shortest and most convenient route when possible. Exhibition visitors receive a 30% discount. Parking are listed as KRW 700 per 10 minutes and a daily maximum of KRW 36,000. Even if you look around for about 2 hours, the cost should be a little over KRW 5,000.

Two nearby parking options are also close and relatively affordable. I had visited them directly and says they are walkable to aT Center, within about 10 minutes.
