Zesty Saloon Seongsu Shrimp Burger Waiting and Parking Review
A Seongsu and Seoul Forest review of Zesty Saloon, including Catch Table on-site waiting, Ttukseom Reservoir public parking prices, wasabi shrimp burger notes, meat chili fries, and the expanded second-floor seating.
Hello, this is Izzingne. When I go to Seongsu-dong, it basically means I am going to eat Zesty Saloon. I have already visited Zesty Saloon Seongsu many times, because for a wasabi lover, this burger is irresistible.

Zesty Saloon uses Catch Table for waiting. Remote line-up was not supported, so you had to visit in person and tap the tablet to register. I visited around 1 p.m. on a Saturday. There were eight teams ahead of me, and the estimated wait was about 18 minutes. I got in after about 15 minutes. The waiting area was outside and extremely hot, so I recommend browsing the nearby shops while you wait.

It was my first visit after the remodel, and the space had expanded. Before, getting in within 20 minutes at 1 p.m. on a Saturday would not have made sense. I loved that it was bigger now.
Parking tip: Ttukseom Reservoir public parking was 1,800 won for one hour and 3,600 won for two hours. It had plenty of wide spaces and was about an eight-minute walk from Zesty Saloon. Considering both distance and price, it was the best parking option I found, so I recommend it if you are driving.

When only about two teams were left ahead of us, staff moved us to the indoor waiting area and brought the menu in advance so we could order quickly.

Order: wasabi shrimp burger, meat chili fries, and zero cola.
For the wasabi shrimp burger, you can adjust the amount of wasabi. I chose it so I could show the difference between plenty and regular. The fries at Zesty Saloon are also too good to skip.

After ordering and paying at the first-floor counter, we were guided up to the second floor. It was much wider than the first floor and had many seats. Compared with the old Zesty Saloon, it felt like the seating had doubled. There were separate restrooms for men and women, and the space felt well maintained.

After waiting about ten minutes, the buzzer rang and I went down to the first floor to pick up the food. I had waited for this. Eating it again after a long time was so good. The fries had plenty of meat chili sauce and sour cream on top. I had only tried the cheese flavor before, but the meat chili was spicy and tasty too.

You can tell right away which one has extra wasabi. Even the regular amount is not small, but if you like a sharp wasabi kick, choose plenty. It matches the whole shrimp patty so well that I kept being impressed while eating.

I understood why Lee Young-ja praised it. No matter how many times I eat it, it is delicious. Yeonnam is closer to me, so I have also tried Zesty Saloon Yeonnam.
For some reason, it did not have the same taste I get in Seongsu, so after trying it once, I have kept going back to the Seongsu branch.

The plump shrimp patty, the generous wasabi sauce, and the nutty bun were all so good. I really recommend trying it.

Seongsu is far for me, but I would come again for Zesty Saloon. Next time, I want to return when it is not so hot. Still, it was delicious.
