Soul Medi Beauty in Hogye-dong: Lash Perm Review
A visit to Soul Medi Beauty near Hogye Market in Anyang for a basic lash perm, with notes on access, reservation-only operation, services, beds, and the finished curl.
Hi, this is Izzingne. I went to get a lash perm for the first time in a while. It had been over a month since my last perm, and as someone serious about lashes, I could not hold back, so this time I went to Hogye-dong.

It is located at the entrance of Hogye Market, so it was easy to find. I got off at the bus stop right in front and walked about one minute. Business hours are 10:00 to 22:00, it is closed every Sunday, and it operates by 100 percent reservation.

When you go up to the second floor, there are four shops. This one is near the front, so I could see it right away.

It is a lash and brow specialty shop. They do lash perms, lash extensions, brow residue removal, and even men brow perms. I know many people who worry about leftover brow tattoo marks, so I wanted to recommend this place to them.

When I opened the door, the director greeted me warmly. I took off the shoes I came in with and changed into indoor slippers.

There were three beds in total. The shop was bigger than I expected, and simultaneous treatments looked possible. The bed I used had such a comfortable pillow that I fell asleep in the middle. The blanket was soft too, so the treatment felt very comfortable.

This was the price list for perms and extensions. If you pay through a membership, they also add extra credit, so if you try it once and like it, the membership could be a good deal. I booked the basic perm this time.

There were many different events. They also offer painless residue removal, and it seemed to be well known for lash perms.

This was the before photo. It had been a little over a month since my last treatment, and the lashes were a mess. I had not maintained them well, so the hold had dropped a lot. I only applied lash serum about once every three days, so they were uneven, drooping, and bending.
I like lashes lifted strongly, so before the treatment I asked the director to lift them as much as possible without getting caught in my double eyelid. She first asked whether I preferred a rounded lift or a slightly angled, stronger lift, and adjusted the shape for me.

This is the after look. The lashes were not lifted as sharply as I usually do, but they curled up round and pretty, so they looked more natural than my usual style. Because the lift was soft, it looked much more natural after makeup.
After the treatment, I also took a mirror selfie in the shop mirror. I agree this is a good Beomgye-area lash spot. If you are looking for a skilled lash place in Hogye-dong, make a Naver reservation in advance and visit.
