Simchwi in Gojan-dong, Ansan: Birthday Bar Review
A Gojan-dong, Ansan bar review of Simchwi, visited for a friend's birthday gathering, with snow cheese yukhoe, sweet-and-sour fried dumplings, and icy kimchi noodles.
Hi! Today I had a meet-up in Ansan Gojan-dong for a friend's birthday, and I found a bar I really liked, so I wanted to introduce it.

This place is Simchwi in Gojan-dong. Overall, it had a stylish mood. The interior was dark and decorated with lighting, so it gave off a polished, upscale feeling. I liked it as soon as I walked in.

Snow cheese yukhoe Sweet-and-sour fried dumplings Icy kimchi noodles
That is what we ordered. We visited as a second-round stop, so we kept the order simple and started the birthday celebration before the food came out.

The basic snack is usually purple sweet potato chips, but when we visited they had run out, so they gave us popcorn instead. That was a little disappointing. They brought the spoons organized for the number of people, which felt hygienic and nice.

The yukhoe came out first. Eating it with the cheese sprinkled on top made it even more savory and delicious. I especially like the yukhoe and cheese combination, so this menu was very satisfying.

The dumplings came out too, and they were fried nice and crisp. The vegetables were exactly sweet and sour, with a crunchy texture that made them easy to keep picking at.

While eating, I suddenly wanted something cold, so we ordered kimchi noodles. They came with floating ice, so they were very refreshing. It was that familiar flavor everyone knows.

The drinks went down very easily. The owner also gave us a banana chocolate-style service item, which was sweet and perfect for finishing. When we visited, every seat was full and people were waiting, so the shop looked very busy. Even so, the owner was really kind and even gave us a service item. I was touched and want to come again.
